To empower our members socially and economically by providing access to resources and opportunities needed to help them improve their standard of living

OUR VISION

To build a solid unity among Tanzanians, and people of Tanzanian origin or lineage. To help each other in social problems and other social issues. To be the champions of mobilizing and managing the provision of aid to members who suffer bereavement, fire, vehicle accident, long-term illness, and other problems specified in the constitution.

To build unity and strong cooperation that will enable members to invest in various sources of finance and economy. To participate in local and international business, and to contribute in one way or another in raising the income of members who join our investment club in accordance with our constitution.

To build a partnership that will enable members to bring together children and other family members, teaching them Tanzanian traditions, customs and cultures. TSA  believes in promoting the Swahili language, maintaining  Tanzanian traditions and values for the benefit of future generations.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY:

HELPING EACH OTHER IN DIFFICULTIES AND PLEASURES

Tanzania Sharing Association (TSA) values prosperity, happiness and well-being of each member. When a member or his child passes away, the group provide assistance in funeral expenses by donating an amount of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). This amount can be increased or decreased depending on  the membership  status, bylaws and the constitution of TSA

TSA believes in the power of unity in solving our members' problems. When a member becomes ill or  unable to perform his or her normal duties, lose a relative or guardian, TSA provides cash assistance  (Three thousand dollars ($3,000) or one thousand five hundred ($1,500) depending on the condition of the member as outlined in our constitution.

INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS

TSA values and emphasizes the economic and social success of each member. That's why it has established an investment club that enables members who are interested to collaborate in business and investment. This club is strictly for TSA members only.

DEVELOPMENT OF OUR CHILDREN

TSA has small groups (clubs) that bring together members in various social issues. One of these clubs deals with the welfare of our children. This club organizes conferences, sports and entertainment for club and non club members.

ENTERTAINMENT (RAHA) CLUB

Tanzania Sharing Association has a special club that deals with entertainment for its members. This club organizes Annual Gala every year to congratulate current members and to welcome new ones.

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

TSA is non-religious and do not belong to any religious group. However,  recognizes and value the spiritual development of her members. That's why we meet once, every month to pray together and meditate on God's words. All religions are involved.
